Chestnut Electric Corp., now in its third decade, was started in 1980 to provide high-caliber, reliable electrical services to homes and businesses in Wilton and in the surrounding area.

Tony started his electrical career at the age of 16 with all of his experience taking place right here in Fairfield county. In his 30 year career he has taken part in constructing some of the most luxurious homes in the area, all the while helping nurture and grow the company from a handful of employees to over twenty five men and 20 + trucks on the road. |

Ed Tomlinson, Operations Manager Ed has spent almost two decades here at Chestnut Electric. He joined the company as a young apprentice, made his way through the “ranks”, and currently serves as both Operations Manager and Senior Estimator. During his time at Chestnut Electric, Ed has also been loyally serving our great nation for over 18 years in the Army National Guard, including a recent 15 month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. |

John has been in the electrical trade for over 18 years. He started with us as a 2nd year apprentice and through his hard work and diligence, completed his apprenticeship program and received his Journeyman’s license. Not satisfied there, John continued his education process and was awarded his Master electrician license as well. John currently uses his years of field experience to run our highly trained service department, keeping our service techs up on the latest and greatest and making sure all your electrical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. |
Team Work
Together, Tony, Ed, and Johnny have more than 60 years of experience in electrical construction and maintenance. They have built Chestnut Electric into what it is today - your complete resource for a full range of electrical construction and maintenance services.
Trained Technicians and a Dedicated Staff
Chestnut's large staff of fully trained, licensed electricians are highly skilled technicians, committed to broadening their expertise through continuing education programs. Because they are our frontline representatives (not subcontractors), their people skills stay as polished as their technical skills, and they handle your property and your concerns with respect and professionalism.
Our dispatch department and customer service team are comprised of long-term employees dedicated to our business and the customers they serve. When you call Chestnut Electric, you'll speak to a real person - you won't be thrown into a voicemail nightmare - and your service call will be handled with prompt attention.
